apc madras dress

recipient--a version

apc madras cotton cream colored dress with lurex stipes (Small).

i wish this fit me, but for some reason this particular cut doesn't work for me. either it's too tight or the straps fall off my shoulders. it's from the spring collection (06?), but looks nice with a long sleeved shirt for the colder months.

flat measurements:
straps--7" long
chest--16"
length--40" (from top of shoulder straps)

details:
two cloth covered buttons at the back
9" ruffled hem
lined

imperfections:
the buttons fell off, i did my best to reattach them.
