Uniform Studio Twofold Pencil Wrap Skirt

From Martha's Fall 2008 collection, Uniform Studio Twofold Pencil Wrap Skirt in deep indigo denim. Free size, but would best fit a size 6-8. In excellent condition; worn only twice.

I purchased this skirt from Erica on the General Economy a while back, and unfortunately, it is too big for me. I really love it and have contemplated hanging onto it as an "art piece," but would prefer to think of it being worn a lot by someone it really fits!

Here are links to Martha's Flickr photos/description of the skirt as my own photos do not do the skirt justice.

Asking $35 plus $7 shipping (due to the heavy denim weight). Listing ends Nov. 1 at 5 PM EST.

[SOLD] Uniform Studio Transition Wrap

Click here for an image of Martha wearing the wrap

This is hard. I love this wrap and the detail that Martha put into it, but I have never worn it. I believe that it is linen and will fit all sizes. The color is a bit lighter than the pictures make it out to be - beige with little streaks of blueish gray. Fairly lightweight, but perfect for keeping your shoulders warm.

Asking: $40 shipped
Listing Ends: Thursday, October 7

Please leave your email address in the comments and let me know if you have any questions. Thanks!

Uniform Studio Skirt -- Size Medium

Congrats, Jenny!

About Item: Beautiful handmade skirt from Uniform Studio. Cool ruching/stitched detail on front and back. Side zipper. The perfect summer skirt!

Color: Dark mustard yellow.

Material: No fabric content tag, but feels like 100% cotton.

Condition: Excellent. Worn only once or twice.

Approximate Measurements: Tagged a Medium. Waist = approx. 14" across top of skirt. Length = approx. 22" from top to bottom hem (hits just below knee on me, and I'm 5'6").

Why am I letting it go?: This never really fit me and it's a shame to let such a nice piece of handmade goodness languish. Check out Uniform Studio's shop here: http://uniformstudio.bigcartel.com/

Asking: $15 (includes shipping to US).

Listing End Date: 26 June 2009. Please leave your email in your comment!

** Please note: This end date is earlier than 28 days because I am moving and don't wish to pack anything I can avoid packing! **

uniform studio twofold skirt, sz 8

Congrats Kristien!

photos by martha

i bought this skirt last fall thinking it would work with the pregnancy. i even ordered a size up just in case, but in the end it made me look, well, huge. and now that i'm back in my regular clothes, the skirt is too big for me.

measurements:
waist--29" (should sit near natural waist)
hip--40"
length--should hit around the knee, depends on where you tie the waist. it was a little longer than knee-length on me.

details:
as with all of martha's creations, this skirt is subtly interesting, but also dramatic in its two folds (one at each side). it's a little tricky to get on, but once you figure out the folds and ties, it looks very polished and sharp.

imperfections:
none, never worn.

cost:
i paid $95, asking $45 including shipping

listing end date:
