mm6 Margiela baseball/bomber jacket, sz 42 (US 6/8)

Awesome bomber/baseball jacket in the most amazing grey denim wash by mm6 by Martin Margiela. Size 42--I'd say this would fit a US 6 or 8 or even 4 for oversize. Made in Romania. 100% cotton (so, so soft!) and 100% lyocell lining. Bought new at a boutique I used to work at in 2012, I've worn this twice. Great layering piece for now, and then by itself in warmer weather. Hate to part with it, but someone else should have a go!

Other particulars: Machine washable and hang to dry. 2 slant pockets. Elastic cuffs. Zippered front with snap buttons at bottom and top. Elastic waist. Chest: 19". Length: 22", shoulders: 16", sleeve length: 24.5"

MM6 Boots Size 39/8.5

Amazing leather quilted winter boots from Martin Margiela's MM6. Lined in a warm wool that can be folded over. Rubber soles (black, but in a washed-out shade that looks grayish) great for snow. 1-inch platform that goes up by half an inch at the heel. Rich brown leather in perfect condition. Nice but not too clownish round toe. I bought these on eBay but only wore them once for a few minutes, and I don't live where I need them these days.

Condition: Excellent, basically new condition. Worn once by me for 20 minutes, and maybe used once or twice by the original eBay seller?

Size: 39. I'd say these are best for an 8.5 or a small 9. I am a 9 and they are a bit tight on me. They measure about 10.5" in length.

Paid: Can't remember, close to $100 on eBay?

I fell in love with this print and the classic Margiela details but haven't found many occasions to wear it recently. The dress has a nice drape and hits me at the knees (I'm 5'4") and the sleeves are bracelet length. Size medium but could fit XS-M depending on fit. Made in Italy! 

MM6 Leather Boots Size 39

Extremely warm brown leather quilted winter boots from MM6 by Maison Martin Margiela. Lined in a black wool or felt (as shown on the left boot folded over in the above photo). Rubber platform protects from snow or rain. These hit at mid-calf.


Material: Leather and rubber outer, wool or felt liner.

Size: 39. I am a 9 and they are a bit tight, ideal for an 8.5 but could work for a small 9.

Condition: Excellent used condition, worn a few times with no major wear and tear.

Asking: $50 including domestic shipping (international would pay extra). I can't remember what I paid on sale for these, but they definitely retailed for $200+.

**After being abroad for a year and then returning home to what I thought was a manageable-sized closet, I'm undergoing another purge. ** 

These pants don't photograph so well on the hanger, but they in fact drape beautifully in real life and are really not that wrinkly. The material is soft and silky to the touch and super lightweight, making these great pants for warmer weather. The length is slightly cropped, the legs are slightly tapered, and the rise is a mid-length. They look good cuffed or cuffed. Two front slant pockets, hook and bar closure, one back pocket, and belt loops. Signature Margiela white line stitched into the back below the waistband. And of course, made in Italy! I would keep these except that they are too big for me now, even with a belt. I can provide measurements if need be.
