This is a brand new H&M dress with peter pan collar, hidden pockets and shirred detail at chest, shoulder and arm cuff.The fabric is printed, semi-sheer cotton (I'm not wearing anything underneath in the photo, and it seems okay.)
Sleeves are 3/4 length -- it's just an adorable dress, but I have a million dresses this length. Hopefully, a better home can be located for it!
Size: Europe 34, US 4, France 4. It's an XS, sz 2 in my opinion, but because of the elastic shirring details can fit a broad range (up to size 4 MAX) but you should check your measurements. If you are taller than 5'5" you could consider wearing it as a tunic with tight jeans or leggings.
Bust: 21"
Shoulder: 15" -- this is the minimum, but it stretches further.
Sleeve length: 16"
