Penguin Originals belted navy dress, size S

Easy dress in a navy fabric that drapes nicely. Elastic waist with a separate belt. Top blouses slightly with a v-neck and cap sleeves. Skirt hits around the knees. It’s pretty easy to dress up — I’ve worn it to work with a leather belt and heels.
