I ordered this and waited too long to try it on (I was out of the country) and missed the chance to return it. It's been worn twice. If you'd like to put in new liner, the estimate I got for what this would cost is $18, which I figured into the price. And sorry about the horrible hanger in the photo -- wouldn't stay up on any of the nice wood ones.
