Nirva Handmade A-line Skirt Size M

Impeccably made black a-line wool skirt from Boston-based designer Nirva. Hits above the knee (it's a bit big on me and thus sits on my hips in the last photo above rather than the waist, and falls a bit lower on me than it should). Has pleats on the left side of the front held down by variously shaped black glass beads that have a glint of copper and other colors on the sides of the beads when the light hits. Hidden zipper down the back. This is an interesting take on a basic black skirt and a really beautiful piece, it’s just a bit big on me and has sat in my closet way too long.

Condition: Basically new, maybe worn once -- in perfect condition.

Material: 100% wool.

Size: Medium, perhaps runs a tiny bit small. Measurements: 14” across at the waist, 25” across at the hem, about 20” across the hips. 21” in length.

Paid: $150 on sale at now-shuttered Boston boutique Matsu a few seasons ago, originally $200+.

Asking: $40 including (domestic) shipping.

Listing ends: April 29.
