I love these sandals, but the ankle straps are not flattering on my short legs. They've only been tried on at home, and are unworn otherwise. They are incredibly comfortable, as the leather of the straps do not dig in when buckled, and the foot bed is nicely padded. There is a small scuff on the foot bed of the left sandal, but that would be easily covered up by your foot.
I pictured wearing these with cutoff jean shorts, and a billowy tank top, or a maxi skirt and simple white tee.
