Mauve shorts by Wren

I bought a bunch of items this weekend at the Creatures of Comfort sample sale, and when I got home realized that two of them were a little too big on me — including these super cute shorts by Wren. I got what I thought were the same shorts in black, but the black ones fit really well and these are slightly different, and bigger. They have an elastic waist but since they have the great pockets pictured here, they come across as slighly more tailored than you'd think. And the fabric (which is Tencel, I believe, but feels like a brushed silk-twill) is on the thicker side, so while they are fluid, they're not floaty or see through at all. Would look amazing with a bright green or grey shirt, IMHO. Would have kept them in a heartbeat if they weren't too big.

Size: Tag says small, but these are definitely better suited to a 6/8. Elastic waist.

Material: No material tag, but guessing from this link that they're Tencel, which is like a thick brushed-silk twill, though these shorts are definitely different than the ones pictured in this link
