vain and vapid crosby dress size small. black wool (very soft, doesn't feel like wool at all!)with silk bias trim. cut out details in the front. I hemmed this dress when I got it, now it's about 33" in length, fitted waist is 26-27". sad to see this go as this is one of my favorite dresses but it's too tight in the shoulders for me now so i know someone will wear it more than me. c- i think that you would be okay - now that i'm looking at the original listing again it looks like it says the waist is 26" - I'm a 27 and it's just a bit snug on me now, so i bet the fit would be okay for you...the belted band is right around the natural waist/belly button.
genevieve - i hemmed it myself on my industrial machine, i sew for a living so i do a pretty good job with those kinds of things :)
i'd say it's in very good condition and there isn't any pilling. i never had it dry cleaned as i've only worn it for a few events, so the new owner will probably want to do so.
