I bought this Marc by Marc top from Saks a few years ago and have literally worn it once. I loved the style and the construction is really great, but the fit wasn't perfect on me (I have kind of a small bust which doesn't take advantage of this neckline). Its 100% cotton, but the hand of this fabric is really lovely (cotton sateen), and it is fully reversible from solid black to black and white stripes, which is I guess why they called it the "tuxedo" top. There's a side zipper which allows it to have a fitted waist, which then flares. Hopefully some of the details come across in the pictures (particularly the tucked and folded "bow" neckline and side seams at the waist).

Size: 2 (would also work for a 4), measures approx. 20" long, 17" across armpit to armpit.
