petit bateau navy dress - 10a

Petit Bateau Navy cotton dress size 10a - fits like an xs. Purchased last summer but now it's too small for me in the shoulders - would be best for someone with narrow shoulders (the only fitted area of the dress - the rest is quite loose). Worn and washed twice. Side pockets!
