This is a comfortable (and totally unique) handmade dress from Design Collective, a store in Minneapolis. I believe it is an in-house label, as there is no label on the inside, and the shop girl told me that only two of them were ever made. I wore this only once (and got so many complements when I did!), but it has been sitting in my closet ever since and I just can’t justify keeping it. No visible flaws.
Size medium, but fabric has a bit of stretch. Would best fit a size 6 or 8. Made of a very soft blue and white cotton striped jersey with a fun rayon-blend ruched ribbon at the neck for detail. It has a scoop neckline, hits just above the knee, and is very flattering and form-fitting.
Laying flat, it measures 35” long, 18” across the shoulders, and 17.5” across the bust (armpit to armpit).
