United Bamboo Sailor Skirt

My friend sent me this skirt.  It fits me (my hips are about 35"), but I don't have any heels to wear with it and really don't have a place to wear it to.  Since she was so kind as to let me give it a go, I thought I would try to sell it for her and give her any money it sells for.

It is a size 2 but depending on how you want it to fit, it may fit a 4 since it has stretch and it fit Tina (the model in the photos), who is a size 4.  Purchased from Totokaelo at full price in the late fall of 2010. When I first saw it, I thought it was unworn since it is in absolute perfect condition, but Pam said she did wear it a couple of times.
