Gold leather No. 6 t-strap clogs in size 39

I am posting for Jenn, her email is noted below.

I have a pair of brand new Gold leather No. 6 t-strap clogs in size 39 that I am trying to sell. They have never been worn (except to try them on).

They will probably comfortably fit a size 8 with a little room to move, or an 8.5, I am a size 9. They are extremely lightweight for wooden heeled clogs. Also note that they are no longer available in the gold color because they have moved onto the new season's colors- they just took them off the website a few weeks agol

This is a picture from the Spring 2010 Lookbook from last season:

I bought these after much deliberation to wear for my wedding reception. They were a little more than I wanted to pay for my reception shoes, because I don't normally spurge on shoes like this. But they seemed so perfect that I took the plunge.
I received them this past Friday, April 8, and they did not fit. I tried to return or exchange them with No. 6. I had to send them two emails before they told me they were custom made and thus non-refundable and non-exchangeable. While the fine print on the invoice did say that custom shoes were non-returnable, I looked over my correspondence with the store, the order form, and the invoice, and nowhere did I see that my order was custom made.

I would like to sell these for $230, and I would pay for the shipping costs (within the United States). I am willing to negotiate with interested buyers from other countries. I just want to get back some of the $267 I had to pay, I would be willing to take a bigger loss on these shoes, except I need the money to buy cheaper replacement shoes and use the rest for paying for my wedding.

Ugh, I had a similar yucky experience with No.6 myself! I'll never buy anything from them again. Good luck unloading the shoes and finding a pair that work though!
