Beautiful Lyell Girlie Blouse in dark royal blue silk crepe with black velvet trim. Elbow length sleeves; covered button back; slightly gathered shoulders; bust darts. Slight boatneck. This piece is from the original Lyell boutique in Soho -- NOT the Urban Outfitters Fletcher line! In great condition. Size 6, but Lyell tends to run small, so please check approximate measurements:

Shoulder to shoulder = 14”; bust = 17”; length = 20”.
