Golden Goose Charlye size 38

I posted these boots recently, and while there was some interest, there were no takers. I was somewhat relieved because it meant I would get to keep them. It's hard to come to terms with the fact that I actually don't wear these boots even though they were an Investment Purchase and I would wear them to my grave etc etc. I got them about two years ago, wore them for one Fall/Winter, and then retired them.

You can read about the quality and get sizing advise here

Condition: Excellent. I had vibram soles put on them as soon as I got them. They came distressed so it's hard to see the impact my use of them has had. Also, these boots are pretty much indestructible-- that's why they cost more than $1200. The leather has softened up a little but that's all. They're still pretty much as they were when I took them out of the box (and angels wept). They will come in their original box and dustbag.

Size: 7/7.5.
I consider myself to be, literally, a size 7/7.5: half of my shoe collection are size 7; the other 7.5. If I stand with my foot flat on a measuring tape (that is, with the foot at its full, eh, expansion) my foot measures about 9.5 inches long. I also have pretty narrow feet. How do these boots fit me: I find them quite spacious, actually. I can wear them with thick socks and inserts no problem. Therefore: I think that if you are on the larger end of a 7.5 (and sometimes, even take a small 8), or if you're a wide 7/7.5, these would be perfect. Having said that, I like the extra roominess and that I can wear them with extra padding-- good for winter. (I hope this is helpful and not too confusing-- sometimes too much detail is a bad thing.)

Price: Ok. I have come to terms with selling them now so I have reduced the price: $380. I'm also open to offers (but not exchanges because I have too much stuff!). Free Shipping. US only.

Listing ends one week from now.
