CHLOE 'Havanna' Perfortated Leather Flats w/ box SZ IT 37 US 7

Item: CHLOE 'Havanna' Perfortated Leather Flats with all original box/sleeper/documents
Size IT 37 -- I am a true US 7 and these fit perfectly.

I've worn these flats quite a bit when traveling, but I haven't worn them in the last year...so it's time to pass them on. I paid $400 for these flats at Barneys a few years ago, and they have held up commendably. In fact, I am shocked by just how well they've held up when so many of my flats die soon after a year of wear.

There are no marks on the leather -- even on the underside -- and on the fronts, where flats really get roughed up, there is little to speak of but a miniscule mark here or there that is hardly worth remarking on; in fact, I had to really look in order to find them.

There are two small scuffs on either heel, but since the leather is dyed all the way through, the scratches revel black underneath making them hard to tease out.

DETAILS:

Perforated Leather Uppers
Grosgrain ribbons on Toe
Wood Outsoles
Insoles measure precisely 9 3/8, as they should for a shoe that translates to a US 7

below: note that the metal tip for the grosgrain ribbon on one end of the right shoe has come off. I think I may have uncovered this bit in the living room (will update this listing if I did.)
If I didn't locate it after all, it should be an easy fix by a cobbler.

Condition: reasonably good.
The leather of these shoes has held up better than almost another other pair of shoes I own. They are quality. I never added vibram to the soles, but the left heel has been partially "erased" as a result. Still, your cobbler should be able to add a heel so that the "erasure" won't be noticed (I just had mine do something similar to a much older pair of shoes...and you can't tell that they're old!) See the "erased" left heel below.
Below: no comment is required about the fact that I've kept the box, sleeper *and* original documents from a time when Chloe flats cost $400 retail. We'll just leave it at that.
