I was so excited to grab this gorgeous coat (SA calls it a jacket but it's coat-weight wool and nice and warm) during Steven Alan's online sample sale. And then it came, and I realized that my entire wardrobe is fall-jewel-tones, and a bright red jacket clashes with EVERYTHING I own. particularly the burgundy bag I carry to work every.single.day. how I overlooked this while gleefully purchasing the coat, I don't know. Suddenly the rad deal on a coat doesn't seem so rad when it demands that I find a new hold-everything-but-look-stylish work bag.
