Marc by Marc Jacobs skirt, size 8
marc jacobs wool skirt (size 8).
i bought this at the barneys outlet 3 years ago, but the length isn't very flattering on me. it's also a little too big, at the time the price was too tempting...lesson learned. the fit is quite nice, though, because of the curved panels. it has a retro-silhouette and is warm enough for winter wear.

as far as i can tell, it is a fitted silhouette that hugs the hips and then flares out at the knees, which probably explains why it doesn't look as good if it sits too low on the hips.
fabric content--65% wool, 27% nylon, 5% acrylic, 3% polyester
imperfections:
none. worn twice.
price:
can't remember what i paid, but it was at the outlet, probably around $100
