Mociun Tulip Tie-Front Dress in Ikat Print Size Medium

I bought this dress from a fellow General Economy-er, and unfortunately, the top of the dress is too big for me. I absolutely love the print used for this dress, and would be thrilled to trade my size medium for the same dress in a size small, or, alternatively, for a different print Mociun tie-front dress in a size small. Barring that, I am putting it up for sale here and hoping it will be worn to death by someone else!

Details: Size medium, best fits a true size 6-8. The dress is very short--I am 5 feet 6 inches, and it covers my bottom and not much else! Best worn with leggings. I have only worn the dress once, and it is in excellent condition. Heavy cotton fabric--almost feels like canvas.
