United Bamboo Mini Collar Shirtdress

They only sold a size 4 (the size of my dress) so that is what I assume Jessica is wearing in the image above.

Machine wash. 100% cotton. Made in Japan. End-on-end woven shirtdress with black contrast trim collar and placket. Loose fit. Eight button front closure. Short sleeves with three tucks just above hem. Tucks above and below waistband. Inverted pleat at back just below yoke. Tucks below waistband at back."

I keep trying this dress on, hoping it would look similar on me but I think my arms are too big and my shoulders don't look right. The arms are about the only fitted part of the dress while everything else is very loose, though I tried it on with a belt which looked nice in case you would want a more fitted look. 

Dress is labeled a size 4, but please see measurements below (taken laid flat)

Length from the neckline to the hem:  37 inches
Underarm to underarm: 19 inches
Shoulders:   15 inches

I paid $252
