Mociun tie-front dress from the Spring 08 collection.
Size Medium.
Blue & white geometric print features shapes and animals such as cats, rabbits, squirrels, etc.
100% rayon.
Measurements: Bust => 34", Waist => 32", Shoulders => 16 1/2", Length from waist (just below bust) to hem => 28"
This is the longer, knee-length tie-front style with the full skirt.
As is the case with all Mociun tie-front dresses, the fit is somewhat adjustable due to the tie at the bust and the full skirt
I paid between $250-300 for this dress on sale. I love it, but since then I've acquired a few other tie-front dresses and I've only worn this one once. The color isn't as flattering on me as I would like, so I'm ready to let it go.
It has been handwashed and line-dried once. Excellent condition, looks like new.

Just to answer the color question ... it is blue, though the blue is sort of greyish. I don't have a pic of me wearing it, but if you check out the slideshow of the Spring 2008 collection on the Mociun website, there are more images there. The model reclining on the couch in one of the photos (the 12th photo or thereabouts) is wearing this exact dress. Hope that helps.
