Examples include pieces from H&M, Forever 21, Gap, Old Navy, Express, American Apparel (this is not an exhaustive list).

2. Pricing guidelines: Don't ask for more than you paid. If it's a current season item, I usually offer at least a 30% discount. Any posts that seem profit-motivated will be deleted. If it's obviously worn or more than 1 year old, I offer at least 50-60% discount of the paid price (not the original price).

3. I will only list 3 items per seller at a time

4. If you don't leave your contact info in the comments, you will not be eligible.

5. Only serious buyers, please! The buyer has 1 business day to pay or make arrangements.

NEW Grey Button High Waist Skirt by House of Spy Size Small





This is a gorgeous designer high-waist tie skirt by designer label "House of Spy." It has great details like comfortable pockets, grey tie around the waist that can be cinched and matching buttons down the front and on the two pockets. Length is a flattering knee length, very work-appropriate or for play. Color is a dark grey. Would look great with tights for the winter and work into spring/summer.

Material is Rayon (60%), Linen (22%) and Cotton (18%). Made in Canada.

Brand new without tags, has never been worn, only tried on. Too small for me now but want to find this great piece a good home.

Size is Small (waist 27-28", can be cinched to fit smaller waist due to tie).
