Measurements: Size M -- I am a size 8 with a big chest, so this could work for a size 6 or 8 (C cup or smaller.)
Bust: 1 4 1/2" flat
Sleeves: 11" (above elbow length)
Length from shoulder to hem -- 38"
Description: Shawl collar short sleeve structured dress. Cuts in at the natural waist and goes out in a slight a-line. 80% cotton, 15% poly, 5% spandex. Thick fabric, excellent with tights in the fall and winter.
