A.P.C Four Pocket Dress - Size Small

About Item: This dress sold out on Totokaelo in a matter of hours. It's an easy dress to throw on and run out the door. I'm 5'5" and it was too short for me to wear to work, so I had my tailor lengthen it a bit. You can see from the photos the creasing where the original hem was located and the ribbon the tailor used on the underside. The alteration made it just slightly above the knee, but unfortunately I haven't worn it since. The creasing would most likely disappear with a good pressing.

Color: Grayish blue. (Or bluish gray?)

Condition: Excellent. Worn a few times. From a smoke-free home.

Approximate Measurements: This dress is 33.5" long and 17" wide (directly under the arms).

Why am I Letting It Go?: I have another A.P.C. dress with the same silhouette that I wear much more often, so I'm going to give this one to someone who could get more use out of it.

Marni Short Sleeved Top - Size 40

About Item: This is a short-sleeved Marni top purchased from Neiman Marcus. There are two small pleats on either side of the neckline in front, which become four small pleats in the back. There is also a slight pleat over the zipper in the back. The detailing is typical Marni goodness. This top would look great with some skinny jeans or a skirt.

Color: Dark pink

Condition: Good. There is a small spot on the lower portion of the front of the shirt (see the last photo for details). I'm 99% sure this would come out with a good dry cleaning.

Approximate Measurements: This top is 24" long and 18.5" inches wide.

Why am I Letting It Go?: I went a little nuts at a Neiman Marcus and bought 3 Marni tops that were ridiculously reduced. I reach for the other two all of the time, but this poor guy just sits in my closet, probably because the color isn't fantastic with my red hair.

Marc by Marc Jacobs Empire Waist Top - Size Medium

About Item: This is a floaty, empire waisted top. The fabric is slightly sheer with a thicker, more opaque cloud-like pattern. (Note: I tried it on with a nude bra and it looked fine, so don't worry too much about the sheerness of the fabric.) The nipped in waist gives this top a nice silhouette. It can be worn on its own during the warmer days or layered underneath a long sleeved shirt when it gets cooler.

Color: White

Material: 100% cotton

Condition: Excellent. Only worn around the house. From a smoke-free home.

Approximate Measurements: This top is 25" long and 16" wide.

Why am I Letting It Go?: I bought this shirt the moment I saw it on ShopBop. It's one of my favorite styles and I adore the fabric, but unfortunately this shirt is too tight for my 36C bust, so I've never worn it. It's time for me to give up the dream.

About Item: My mom bought this top for me a while back. The neckline is very flattering and the 93% cotton, 7% spandex blend means that it fits close to the body. Often times jersey shirts can be clingy in a bad way on me, but this top fits very nicely.

J.Crew Sample Sweater -- Size XS or S

About Item: J.Crew striped cardigan. I don't believe this style was ever produced for mass market. Short cap sleeves; adorable white nautical buttons (fully functional) stamped with an anchor. When buttoned, sweater has a deep v-neck. Also looks really cute loose over a tee or dress.

Colors: Black with white stripes.

Material: 90% hemp / 10% silk.

Condition: Excellent. Worn once. Has the word "Sample" written in what I think is tailor's chalk on the inside back hem. Not visible when sweater is worn (and is already fading).

Approximate Measurements: No size tag, but I would estimate these would fit an X-small or Small.

Why am I letting it go?: Very cute, but I have enough stripey sweaters.

About Item: Adorable shirtdress from Dace, Spring/Summer 2008, I think. V-neck that is just deep enough (though not so deep that you would need a cami or anything underneath). Functional buttons. Slight dolman sleeves. Skirt is lined. Waist drawstring and side pockets! Hits a couple of inches above my knee (I am 5'6"). Great for transition to fall -- looks fantastic on its own or layered with a thin long-sleeve tee underneath. Would also look lovely under a cardigan, or with tights.

Color: Navy blue.

Material: 62% viscose / 38% cotton

Condition: Very good to excellent. Worn only a few times. [Please excuse the wrinkles from storage.]

Approximate Measurements: Small. I would say the top could fit a Small or Medium, though the hip area is definitely true to size.

Why am I letting it go?: I haven't worn this for about a year. Time to let it go to a good home.

About: Del Forte Organic Denim jeans. Nice detailing on back pockets, embroidered flowery patch on rear waistband + inside the zipper fly, and really pretty metal studs with floral detail at pockets

Brand-new Moroccan Slippers in Tan Leather, size 6-6.5

Brand-new Moroccan pointed-toe slippers purchased in Fes, the leather capital of Morocco, just this past May. These are a gorgeous tan color with red accenting and intricate stamping. The sole is also leather. There's a 0.5" wedge heel. These will just fit a 6.5 with no socks, and a 6 should fit in these just fine. I bought these a little impulsively. They're gorgeous but I really have no use for them as I like to wear flip-flops around the house.

Gentle Souls Black Leather Bootie, size 6.5

Beautiful Gentle Souls Black Leather booties in size 6.5. These have a perforated upper with tiny stitching around the openings. There's elastic side gores with 2 3/4" zipper on the inside of the foot. The sole is leather with a rubber pad and the heel is stacked wood. They have the signature cushioned flaxseed footbed as well. These are so amazing and comfortable but they're a little too big for me and fall off my heel. I've worn these a few times so there's some slight wear to the sole and heel.
