Description: New with tag Lauren Moffatt Banded Waist Dress in blue, size 8. Has slight cap sleeves, three button placket and side pockets (a must!). Skirt is lined with 100% cotton. Dress is 77% cotton, 23% silk. Brand new, never worn, tags still attached. The dress is blue with the striped placket on both the front and back, as shown.
