dress shoulders: 16.5 " shoulders: 17"
total length: 29.5" total length: 34" (wow) - measured from back collar
hem opening: 18.5" hem opening: 36"
bust: 36" (with knot tied reasonably tightly)
waist: 30"

Rose - I'd say it fits a 32-34 bra band, cup A-B
(theres a split under the bow that would show skin if it's too tight across the chest)
