I purchased these full price ($215+tax) from Steven Alan, and then paid another $40 to have rubber soles added.
Unfortunately, as much as I tried to make them work with various insoles
and pads, they just don't fit my feet correctly and so I am unable to
wear them.

Condition: worn only a handful
of times, but the inner heels are very sticky due to the heel liners I
had in and then removed. I'm sure this is probably something that any
shoe repair could clean up though.
