I wanted this dress more than anything when I bought it — Correll Correll are a fantastic twin-sister duo, originally from Berlin, that has an amazing way with color and textile; almost all of their clothing is made by hand. They're known for their colorwheel t-shirts and dresses that are made from various vintage cotton t-shirts, and which are still sold in various incarnations. This one is in the blue/green family, but of course when I finally got my hands on it I made a fatal error, and took it to a tailor I'd never used before, who promptly hemmed it a teeny bit too short for me. I'm 5'6" and I'm still able to wear it as a dress, but I think I'd rather start over, maybe with the silk version, and leave this one to either someone who's a bit shorter than I am or a bit more risqué.... :) You could also wear this as a tunic over leggings/jeans and it would look great. See the original here, and in the model shot below: http://www.no6store. com/blog/2011/06/20/correll- correll-colorwheel-tunic/

Eek! I just ran the measurements again, and I'm afraid this dress would be too short for me too. Please remove lilysscott at gmail dot com from the drawing. So sorry for the confusion!
