Ace & Jig Polka Dot Mini Dress - XS

new with tags, never worn Ace and Jig Polka Dot Mini Dress from Anthropologie. 

I recently bought this dress on ebay but it is a teensy bit too small for me in the arms - I don't like things that are very close fitting in the arms.  As far as XS items go, I would say it's more of a size 00 or 0.
