Elegant Rachel Comey "Low Tide" Sailor dress in solid black. This is a workhorse of a dress, perfect for work or play. Sleeves are a slight balloon shape with gorgeous seaming and banded cuff details. Functional buttons all the way down the front. Soft leather belt in cognac fastens with D rings. 100% rayon fabric has slight texture and drapes beautifully. Taped French seams throughout. Sailor collar in back. Easy, relaxed fit. Best for size 6-8 (please see measurements below). In excellent condition. I wore this exactly one time. FYI: I did cut off the original string belt loops because they hit too low for my taste; the belt stays on perfectly without them and you absolutely do not notice the loops are missing.
