Perfect little wool blend swing jacket from Anthropologie that I bought many years ago and have worn for a few interviews and more "professional" occasions. Two front hidden pockets and three button closure, rounded collar, and tiered ruffles that are more understated than frou frou. Slightly cropped length makes it great for going over silk tanks with pencil skirts/trousers, etc.
