**After being abroad for a year and then returning home to what I thought was a manageable-sized closet, I'm undergoing another purge. **
I absolutely love everything about this dress but for some reason found myself wearing it only twice--once for my high school graduation and once on a date. Perhaps it's because of these emotional attachments that I always think, "this is a dress for special occasions" when I look at it in my closet. Recently I've decided that in order to de-clutter my life, I have to break these attachments, so that's why this is here.
I'm 5'4" and the dress hits slightly above the knee. I can provide more measurements, but the waist is about 24-25" and the bust is probably about 32-33". Perfect for shorter petite gals :)

Very interested. Can you give more detail about the bust measurement? Like what is the actual pit to pit in inches, and what is your bust size?

I wear a 32C and it fits me fine, not too tight with a little bit of drape. It's sheer but you can wear a nude colored bra underneath and be fine. Hope that helps!
