I bought this skirt on sale from Gorman a few weeks ago (they've since sold out) and am just realizing that I'm not a maxi-skirt kinda person. It's 100% cotton, very light and airy. The waistband is good thick elastic that creates a flattering waistline and stretches to fit. I'd say it's about 22" around unstretched, but can stretch comfortably up to 28" or so around. color: "ultra violet stripe". the pics above are pretty accurate - it has a range of lightish colors in the lavender/pink/brown/teal range.
material: 100% cotton. has a short cotton inner liner that doesn't hang down past the knee - avoids see-through problems, but doesn't limit mobility.
