Vintage Margaret Howell dress

What: Heavy cotton (twill?) chocolate brown dress from Margaret Howell. Classic, simple, military-ish styling. Elbow length sleeves, buttons all the way down the front, pockets on breast and side seams; the waist at the back is gently gathered and has a very nice 2-button option in the back to make it looser/tighter. Very well-made in England.

Condition: Good. I found this at a consignment store, so it's not new. No stains or tears, though. Fabric has some fading around the seams and collar (the way denim fades), but otherwise looks great.

Sizing:  Medium (I think). I generally wear a size 6 and it's fitted without being tight. Measurements (taken flat across the front): shoulder to shoulder: 16 1/4"; bust: 16 1/2"; hips: 19"; length: 41".

Why: I've had it for a couple of years and I've only worn it once. It's been sitting in my closet, so I'm (reluctantly) letting it go.
