Shabd dress - L

I bought this dress last summer (2010) and wore it twice before coming to terms with the fact that it was too large for me. Apart from a couple of small spots, it's in very good condition.

Materials: 100% silk
Paid: $475
Asking: $200
Listing Ends: April 13

Please leave your email address in the comments section if interested.

Hi, I am interested, but I was wondering - what are the spots on the fabric, and have you tried to clean it? Thanks so much.

Dawn and DM: The spots are the result of oil having spattered while I was standing by the stove. I've tried just cleaning the individual spots, but haven't tried dry cleaning the dress. I could certainly do that and get back to you with the results, though.

I also love it, but I'm curious about the measurements. A size L could fit, or it could be gigantic on me. Do you have those?

Thanks!

Lindsay: I'll be away from my closet (don't ask) until tomorrow evening, but can post the measurements then.

Lindsay, the measurements are as follows:

Armpit-to-armpit: 26"
Shoulder-to-hem: 35"

Although I think the fit is meant to be fairly blousy, it does come with an obi-style belt, which allows for greater definition. Thanks.

Hmmm. I think that's probably going to be too big for me. Thanks for getting those measurements, though!!
