modvintage dual-tone frames

I am re-selling a pair of vintage frames I just bought from ModVintage shop on etsy. I should have measured a bit more carefully b/c it turns out these are wider than I was thinking they would be and my face is too narrow for the arm span. They are so very lovely, though, I hate to part with them but I just know they'd be always falling off my face. I've missed the 5 day deadline to send them back, unfortunately, so I'm turning to you folks ... plus I'm happy to spare myself the cost of shipping them back to the netherlands (and the pain of waiting in line at the post office to send internationally instead of using those lovely automated machines). Pay attention to the measurements - a detailed description is on the link above, so learn from my mistake and measure carefully! compare to a pair of glasses you already own, perhaps.

paid: $56 including shipping and handling

asking: $40 plus including shipping and handling to US, add $5 to 10 for international

ends: 11/14/10

wow, i really want these. any chance you could measure the width of the frames, from temple to temple? thanks! e.gin.ee at gmail (my face tends to be too wide for most frames)

Yes, yes, yes! I would love to be in the mix! Like Janet, I often have problems with frames being too narrow...I just bought a pair of Kate Spade frames online and had the opposite of your problem. :)
Thanks!

Hi Janet, i'm not sure what you mean by temple to temple -- do you need something other than the measurements provided at the link? your temples will fall at different places along the arm of the glasses depending on the shape of your face ... thanks, emma.

I just lost my much-beloved specs which I'd worn since age 15, and have been frantically searching for a fantastic new replacement. Karma?! These are perfectly perfect for me!
