Please excuse the silly pictures, they were done for a portfolio that my photographer friend was putting together, but they are very accurate for the dress.
This is the sample dress for my fall 2009 collection. Used in a small runway show and has been in storage ever since. I sold out of the small run of dresses (12 total, 4 small, 4 medium, 4 large) and thought I might wear the sample at some point, but it's been a year and I rarely wear dresses.
Blue silk has a black squarish print on it. Buttons at back of skirt with a peekaboo keyhole above. Skirt is pleated by hand, and neckline has a hidden set of clasps in back which open so the dress can be pulled overhead. It can be worn unclasped for a more draped neckline, or clasped as shown in the pictures.
