Mina Stone Simoine Dress, no size marked. Dyed silk with waist belt, open sleeves with ties and loops. "Cold shoulder" style with open shoulders. Bought on eBay this year, but simply never wore it. Dry cleaned after purchasing. Definitely a rare piece as Mina Stone no longer makes clothing.
