Madewell Tidal Wave Dress in XS. Brand new never worn. I sized down when I ordered this since Madewell tends to run big but this fits TTS and I can't return it. :-(
Underarm to underarm is 17" and Shoulder to Hem is 36".
Fabric is a lovely cotton and fully lined. Has pockets!
