Description: gorgeous sleeveless blouse from French designer IRO in blue textured raw silk with embroidered detail; embroidery features shades of navy, teal, and metallic silver threads located around hem, neckline, and sleeves 
Size: 0 but runs slightly large (could also fit a 2) 
Condition: nearly brand new (only worn 2x) with absolutely no signs of wear
