The first photo is of a similar Yoshi Kondo skirt to show the fit. The skirt is in almost new condition. Only worn twice and sadly doesn't suit me.
Sits high waisted. Made of a thick cotton. Grosgrain waist in navy, stripes are black and white.
Measures flat: waist 13 1/4 inches, waist to hem 22"
