Looking for: No.6 Sling Back Open Toe in 37/38

Hello! I am looking for a pair of these lovely No. 6 open toe sling backs. I am open minded as far as color goes, but would love the fawn, as pictured. They aren't online anymore.

If those clogs are just sitting in the closet collecting dust, or you want to make some room for those amazing No. 6 winter boots (it's back to school, everyone). Let me know! I'll also need your advice on sizing, since No. 6 has it's own idea of how that works...
