Blue and natural colored top with cutouts - super cute to show freckled shoulders in the summer! Looks to be all cotton or possibly cotton/rayon/linen mix, it's more like a lightweight sweater knit rather than a T-shirt jersey. Great tucked into high-waist jeans and has a tomboy, skater girl 70s feel. Bought a few years ago and worn a few times. Excellent condition.
