Cotton necklace from French Garment Cleaners





Super cute blue and purple cotton necklace with tassles and pom poms bought at French Garment Cleaners in Brooklyn. Measures 23.5" total length around. I believe these are from Africa (I remember the sales person telling me) but I can't remember for certain. Never worn. Asking $20 shipped.
