This is a super cute floral popover-style top from Steven Alan's Liberty of London collection from a few years back. It features a pleated front placket in a contrasting yellow floral fabric, as well as 3/4-length sleeves that can roll up and be secured with a button tab.
Size: P (petite); best for a 0-2.
Measurements:
22" long (slightly longer in the back)
16.5" sleeve length, measured from shoulder seam
34" bust (measured around)
It's in excellent pre-owned condition and has been treated with care. I wouldn't part with it, but it's sadly a tiny bit too small for me.
