Rachel Comey Penpal Ankle Boots Size 9 in Black

"Black leather ankle boot with angled shaft and back pull tab. Stacked leather heel; hidden elastic on inner ankle. Leather and rubber sole".

Size: 9

Condition: Pre-owned but they still have plenty of life in them. There are a few minor scuffs on the leather and heels. The heels need new caps (in fact, the wood in one of the heels has lifted a bit because I didn´t realize the heel cap was worn out). Please see photos!
