Vintage Chambray Stripe party/picnic dress

Very flattering vintage dress with fitted bodice and full, swingy skirt - reminds me of picnics or county fairs.  it surely once had a belt to hide the elastic waist but when I bought it from a vintage store the belt was already gone.  I wore it without or just added any skinny brown belt.  

color: rust red with natural pin stripes
material: not marked, feels like cotton chambray, with nylon/ poly lining.  fully lined skirt.  unlined top
size: fits like 2 or 4
measurements: 20" waist unstretched; 30" waist stretched to max; hips = free; 34" bust; 40.5" shoulder to hem
condition: good vintage, no stains, worn 5x by me, who knows before that.
