Never worn, never washed- comes with Rick Owens Dustbag.

However, it is missing one of the ties on the back of the dress (if you look at the 2nd pink picture, there should be one "branch off" tie per shoulder strap, but looking at the very last picture, I am missing one tie on the right shoulder). 

Since it's such a freeform dress anyway, it's not a big deal.
